1989年からスイス出身のオーナーが改革を行い、品質を年々向上させているドメーヌ。クロ・デ・ミュー・デズショの畑はヴァロワイユのモノポールです。

インポーターの試飲会で数年前(2005)に1997Vntをテースティングして感激したズ・シュ。
透明感豊で赤みのある小豆色。少しオレンジのエッジを見せています。あまり濃い色ではありません。
熟成がうまく進んだようで、果実の甘いアロマの輪郭がウットリするようでした。口の中で膨らむボリューム感はたっぷりで、それに続く甘美な余韻は、至福のひと時でした。

Quality varies from one estate to another depending on the effort needed to separate the grapes from their stalks when harvesting. Those estates which have harvested a reasonable quantity of grapes produced wines with darker colours, intense aromas and supple and balanced tannins

Very near to 2000 by its dark color and its fruity intense, its structure is powerful and harmonious. Pleasure assured in three to four years, of long guard

Very good year (output 38 hl/ha). For those which knew to react in time with the mildew and the oidium, which controlled the outputs, which waited to gather the grapes, the result is excellent. Beautiful color, fruity intense, silky tannins and good structure. A good year of guard
